Ryen Reed is a full-time athlete competing for a spot on the United States paralympic team.  Ryen Reed competes in hand cycling (paralympics) and other sports.  Ryen Reed has an impressive adaptive story and shares what it's like to go through more than 15 significant surgeries, push through extensive hospital stays, and then still move forward and go after her dreams.  Ryen Reed's insight is deep and applicable to everyone that has or will struggle through significant adversity.  She's an example of how to succeed despite the challenges.
