002 Diana Doyle – Living with Grief and Loss, Perspectives from Diana Doyle

Diana Doyle has one of the top grieving blogs called Sunshine in a Blue Cup where she writes about losing her sister, mother, and young daughter in a three year period. Diana also writes for various other sites such as opentohope.com and hellogrief.org. She is a brilliant person and an incredible writer.

Diana states, “because of the death of my sister in a car accident, my mom to ovarian cancer and our four year old daughter Savannah to MLD (Metachromatic Leukodystrophy), all, over a 36 month period, my life has changed forever. I love helping others, especially people dealing with grief, loss, or any kind of challenge in life.” Diana writes, “I want it to inspire others to realize that you can face any challenge and survive…even become a better person somethings because of the hardship. I want to remind people to look at the joy the little things in life can bring you.”

When you listen to the interview you will understand the picture below. I promised Diana to ride Splash Mountain at Disneyland. Diana is the best.

Diana is a witty, smart, capable, and generally a tremendous individual.
